Job Overview:

The Supply Chain Coordinator role plays a vital part in optimizing the handling, monitoring, and documentation of materials within our operations.

This position involves coordinating material requests, overseeing inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, record, and update material inventories to ensure accurate tracking and availability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
  • Assist in preparing purchase requests, material requisitions, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for material and inventory records.
  • Support audits and compliance requirements in line with company standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain procedures to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in supply chain management, procurement, warehousing, logistics, or inventory control is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of standard inventory management practices and systems.
  • This is a project-based role.
  • Preferably with a professional driver's license with restriction codes 1 and 2.
