We are looking for a Customer Care Team Leader, focused on Subscription and Loyalty to drive sales growth and customer retention. This role optimizes sales performance, fosters customer relationships, and achieves organizational goals related to revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage team leaders and members, with different scopes and lead indicators to monitor
  • Foster customer relationships and achieve organizational goals related to revenue generation and customer satisfaction
  • Optimize sales performance and provide leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to teams

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the same role
  • Strong grasp of the English language, including spoken and written
  • Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges
  • Continuous learning and growth mindset
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills; positive work attitude
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to have the right follow-up and monitoring of action items and KPIs
