  3. Ensuring seamless sales and service interactions, meeting customer needs promptly.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree required (advanced degrees preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing positions.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools, POS systems, and online platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
