Role Summary:
We are looking for a
Outbound Sales Performance Coach
to manage and grow a high-performing outbound sales team focused on appointment setting and lead generation for U.S.-based telecommunications providers. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by targeting businesses impacted by rate increases or contract expirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of outbound sales representatives to exceed performance targets.
- Oversee daily customer calling operations and ensure high-quality appointment setting.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and report insights.
- Collaborate with U.S. client stakeholders to align messaging, offers, and campaign goals.
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems and dialer tools, maintaining accurate records.
- Handle escalations and complex customer interactions when needed.
- Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales leadership, preferably in BPO or telecom campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent team management, coaching, and communication abilities.
- Customer service experience with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. business culture and telecom services (internet, broadband, VoIP).
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (ZOHO is preferred) and dialer systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or telecom providers.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle and customer retention strategies.
