Role Overview

The Senior Governance Specialist is responsible for delivering excellent services to customers by promoting a culture of exceptional service delivery throughout the organization.

This role works closely with operations, client management, and local teams to address concerns and improve the client experience through visibility to operations leadership, effective execution, and improvements in key performance indicators such as turnaround time, quality, and efficiencies.

  • Support team POCs in global vendor management
  • Identify opportunities for proactive and strategic solutions to vendor performance management
  • Analyze data to drive performance improvements
  • Monitor process updates and expand global knowledge with First Advantage teams or clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent
