Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering customized human resources leadership across multiple facets of HR, including Culture Management, Onboarding, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing new approaches, policies, and procedures to drive business objectives, employee engagement, productivity, and development of HR within the company. They will work closely with department leaders and advanced practice providers to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, employee and prospects engagement, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
  • Collaborate with international HR staff to ensure that HR processes across all global offices are aligned with the company's mission, vision, and core values.
  • Provide support and guidance to management when complex, sensitive questions arise, including the administration of routine tasks in sensitive situations such as disciplinary action, staff reductions, and involuntary terminations.
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to develop programs to meet key business objectives and goals.
  • Prepare reports and oversee the submission of regulatory reporting, including EEO-1 Reports and other required documents.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with payroll team to ensure compliance of payroll and tax reporting processes.
  • Manage group benefit plans and administer 401k and other employee benefits.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources required.
  • US HR experience strongly preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification Preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required.
  • Experience with ADP preferred.
