What we are looking for

We are seeking a strategic operations leader to oversee project resourcing, team performance, and budget management while driving initiatives that improve efficiency and align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Design Team Leads.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while managing onboarding and continuous training programs.
  • Conduct performance assessments, provide regular feedback, and take appropriate performance management actions.
  • Manage workload distribution and ensure quality outputs for all stakeholder projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of Operations Management experience.
  • Understanding of Telecommunications FTTx network design and engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative environments, working across departments to align goals and deliver results.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach, capable of identifying trends and making informed decisions.
  • Experience managing workforce challenges related to scheduling, development, and performance.
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and relevant technologies.
  • Proven experience in workforce management and leadership roles, particularly in managing dispersed teams.
