Job Opportunity in MES Technology

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for MES systems, resolving issues through independent research and collaboration with the support team.
  • Manage incidents, problems, and change requests on our Support Portal.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, preferably with a postgraduate degree in Information Technology or sufficient IT experience.
  • 7 years of experience in software projects delivery for process-oriented environments.
  • Industry knowledge in food and beverage processing is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL Databases, T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, SQL Server Profiler, ETL, SSIS, C#, Javascript, HTML, XAML, WPF, HTML 5, .Net Framework, SSRS Reporting, Visual Studio, Telerik Software tools, Windows / Network administration, Internet Information Services, Power Bi, Data Warehouse.
Favorable Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Good ability to comprehend technical information related to computer software, computer and network hardware.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
