About the Role

  • Prioritize timely resolutions to guarantee high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Required
  • Age 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
