Technical Support Specialist

The role involves providing top-notch technical assistance to clients via various channels, including phone calls, chats, and emails. The primary responsibility is to resolve customer inquiries with a high level of efficiency.

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM systems would be beneficial
  • Experience working with remote desktop applications and help desk software is preferred
  • Possession of a degree in computer science or information technology is an advantage
