The role involves providing top-notch technical assistance to clients via various channels, including phone calls, chats, and emails. The primary responsibility is to resolve customer inquiries with a high level of efficiency.

- Maintain working knowledge of client products and services
- Safeguard customers' sensitive information
- Collaborate with developers and other departments to troubleshoot technical issues
To excel in this position, candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, prior experience in tech support, strong troubleshooting abilities, and basic understanding of networking and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM systems would be beneficial
- Experience working with remote desktop applications and help desk software is preferred
- Possession of a degree in computer science or information technology is an advantage
