Customer Service Representative

About the role: Providing exceptional assistance to customers is paramount in our business. We seek a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to delivering an innovative customer-centric experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To effectively communicate with B2C customers, address queries, and resolve issues within set timeframes.
  • To escalate and collaborate with internal teams to investigate concerns and find solutions.
  • To develop in-depth knowledge of all areas related to B2C products, systems, and processes at our organization, prioritizing customer satisfaction in every decision.
  • To continuously identify trending issues, report them, and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience or facilitate self-service capabilities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in a CS environment, preferably in B2C settings.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with sound judgment.
  • Able to take ownership of tasks and investigations, driving outcomes.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work efficiently in pressurized environments with fluctuating deadlines and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset to recognize trends in issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Flexibility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
