  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver prompt, accurate support.
  • Stay updated on product developments and support best practices to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathetic, patient and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
