Job Title:

Administrative Partner

  • A highly skilled and organized administrative professional is required to support the overall efficiency of our law firm.

This role requires a true partner in execution, showing up with clarity, urgency, and confidence every day.

  • Strong leadership, control, and discernment skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and executive support, including calendar management and email inbox management.
  • Maintain firm-wide legal, HR, and executive documents, as well as confidential digital files and folders.
  • Ensure compliance tracking for attorney licensing, bar memberships, and vendor payments.
  • Liaise with the bookkeeper for monthly payroll and invoicing support.
  • Execute special projects and follow-through tasks assigned by the CEO.
  • Coordinate cross-functional priorities with team leads and attorneys.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, project management, and communication.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
