Job Description:

The role of an Executive Team Supervisor is pivotal in leading and coaching remote teams, focusing on elevating the performance of Executive Assistants while ensuring top-notch service across various industries.

About the Position:
  • Lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages personal growth and client-centricity.
  • Offer tailored guidance to support Virtual Assistants in reaching their full potential, leveraging their strengths to drive success.
  • Emphasize industry-specific knowledge to deliver effective solutions for diverse clients, adapting to new sectors as required.
  • Develop and track measurable performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, resolving client concerns and implementing solutions to enhance overall team efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or leaders in large corporations.
  • Strong background in managing and coaching remote teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to guide and motivate team members, promoting individual growth and achievement.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and aptitude for learning quickly to provide expert guidance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience working with remote tools and platforms, managing teams across different time zones.
  • Availability for in-person meetings with the core team 2-3 times a week.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.
