Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Senior Team Lead. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing a combination of autonomous accounts and teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

As a Senior Team Lead, you will serve as a point of escalation for issues outside the authority of agents or Team Captains, working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and People Manager to identify growth and development opportunities for team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned teams and accounts
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Team Captains and team members
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of team members
  • Escalate issues to HR as needed
  • Work with the Senior Manager for People to develop comprehensive training plans for Team Captains and team members
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience in leadership or supervision roles
  • At least 3 years of client-facing experience
  • Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas
