Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience and skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members.
  • A passion for developing and growing people, with a proven track record of successful mentorship and coaching.
  • Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring software developers, with a focus on team leadership and development.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery.
