Leadership Opportunity

The Team Captain plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of the team, serving as a point of escalation for issues beyond the authority of an agent. Working closely with the Client Experience Manager and People Manager, this leader identifies growth and development opportunities for team members.

This position is ideal for impact-driven individuals who are passionate about helping Boldr achieve its purpose. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle conflict and pressure, and have intermediate knowledge of CRM systems and cloud-based applications.

Key responsibilities include people management, performance quality management, logistics, internal coordination, and external communications. If you have a Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant discipline, three years of supervisory experience in a related field, and a willingness to learn about Data Science and Machine Learning, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About You

  • You must be curious, authentic, analytical, adaptable, and able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Experience supporting SaaS products or troubleshooting is a plus.
Your Responsibilities
  • People Management: Identify growth and development opportunities for team members, coach, and monitor attendance and punctuality.
  • Performance Quality Management: Monitor and assess team members' performance, provide timely feedback, and ensure they meet client needs.
  • Logistics: Ensure that team members' and equipment needs are met to sustain service levels.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with the People Development Manager to make recommendations for team member's career path and assist in making a comprehensive training plan.
  • External Communications: Be familiar with the client's key contacts, unique requirements, and operating processes, implement policies related to the Client's products, and contribute to ongoing development of customer support and success processes.
