About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile project leader to join our team. As an Agile project leader, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, guiding teams in applying Agile principles, and collaborating with stakeholders to remove impediments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure team productivity and alignment with project goals.
  • Guide Teams: Assist teams in effectively applying Agile principles and practices in project delivery, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to remove impediments and ensure team success.
  • Mentor and Coach: Act as a mentor and coach to team members on Agile methodologies, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in a Scrum framework.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its technology landscape.
  • Skills: Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
  • Certification: Formal Agile certification is an advantage but not required.
