Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.

  • Monitor lease renewals to minimize vacancy.
  • Supervise vendors, assign tasks, obtain approval, and guarantee successful completion and billing.
  • C-coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, posting of late notices, and lease enforcement.
  • Assist in creating and publishing content on social media platforms.
