
Remote Property Operations Specialist

The Property Operations Coordinator is a vital member of the property management team, responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective tenant communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance activities from start to finish, including work order triage, vendor/technician coordination, tracking, and timely completion.
- Resolve tenant concerns and inquiries in a proactive manner, serving as a primary point of contact for residents.
- Provide comprehensive support to the on-site Property Manager, coordinating all necessary on-site activities, providing detailed instructions, checklists, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and property data within a property management system, ensuring meticulous organization.
- Assist with timely rent collection processing, including sending late notices and supporting collection efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property operations or a related field
- Proficiency with property management software (training will be provided)
- Experience using tools such as MS Office Suite, Canva, and other productivity software (a plus)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in a remote setting
- Aptitude for administrative support and driving operational efficiency
