Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist based in Metro Manila, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, conducting property viewings, and assisting clients in buying or leasing commercial and residential real estate. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, maintaining up-to-date property listings, and driving sales by showcasing property features and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
  • Proven Sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
