Property Asset Management Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Property Asset Management Specialist to support our property management team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with lease administration, conduct thorough tenant screenings, and maintain accurate records using property management software.
  • Monitor and enforce lease terms and property rules to maintain a positive tenant experience.
  • Support marketing efforts by creating engaging property listings and managing online rental platforms.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to provide exceptional service and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
