We are seeking a Property Integration Specialist to support our UK market. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of new properties into our portfolio.

About the Role

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for property owners and coordinate the onboarding process, overseeing property readiness and ensuring each property meets our standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with property owners to gather necessary information and documents.
  • Manage property preparation, including photography, key handovers, and setup tasks.
  • Support property owners with administrative and operational requirements.
  • List new properties across relevant platforms.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to align onboarding requirements.
  • Manage scheduling, inspections, checklists, and issue resolution during onboarding.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure properties meet our standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, changes, and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the property management industry is an advantage.
