Business Growth Strategist Sought

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and execute our capital-raising, investor outreach, and partnership development initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our investor base, identifying new market opportunities, and helping to shape the Company's strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of investment products, strong networking capabilities, and a proven ability to close complex deals. They must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills as well as high degree of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (required)
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
  • Certifications such as CPA, CFA or similar financial certification can be a strong advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, investor relations or capital raising
  • Ability to identify and develop strategic partnerships and joint ventures
  • Strong understanding of investment vehicles, financial markets, and capital-raising processes
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing high-value partnerships or investor commitments
  • Willingness to travel as needed
