Detail-Oriented Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a Carrier Compliance Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys data accuracy, organization, and working in a collaborative environment.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to collect and verify insurance certificates from carrier providers. You will also be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing carrier data in our MyCarrierPortal systems.

Additionally, you will review and validate carrier insurance coverage for compliance and legitimacy. Your attention to detail will ensure the accuracy of our carrier network.

You will work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and support process improvements. We are looking for someone who is dependable, able to manage tasks independently, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma (additional certifications in data entry/admin a plus)
  • Experience in data entry, compliance, or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
