Job Opportunity:
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generator to join our sales team. As a proactive and results-driven individual, you will identify potential clients, make outbound calls, book appointments for the sales team, maintain CRM data, follow up with prospects, and contribute new ideas for lead generation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Making outbound cold calls to prospective clients and booking appointments for the sales team
- Sourcing and categorizing leads using tools like Google Maps, targeting main roads and industry types
- Maintaining and updating the database, including follow-up reminders and contact details
- Identifying and qualifying leads (hot, warm, cold)
- Sharing relevant information with leads as required
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and track progress
- Contributing ideas and strategies to improve lead generation efforts
- Supporting email marketing campaigns by entering leads and tracking responses
- Conducting bulk email marketing regularly
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales
- A confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools is preferred
- A creative mindset and willingness to try new lead generation approaches
- Proactive, self-driven, and strong work ethics
