Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Property Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and provide general administrative support
  • Submit invoices into designated accounting software (training provided)
  • Handle email correspondence and contact tenants regarding rent increases
  • Assist in arranging property viewings and coordinating with potential tenants
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of office experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic software applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes

Additional Qualifications
  • Familiarity with property management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
