
Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients through phone interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary and appropriate
- Document all customer interactions and feedback
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
This is a full-time position, working in a climate-controlled call center environment. You will be required to use a computer and phone system throughout your shift.
