Appointment Setting Role

Our team is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects and setting up meetings with senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities
  • Make timely submissions of technical or professional medical claims to insurance companies.
  • Qualify leads and communicate our business offering effectively.
  • Set up calendar invites for senior leadership.
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Experience in B2B calling and appointment setting.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with discipline and resilience.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills.
