
Clinical Outreach Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our clinical outreach efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing doctor outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation.
You will research and filter doctors using various tools and techniques, utilizing your clinical judgment and knowledge of U.S. standard of care research to identify the right specialists and exclude poor fits.
Additionally, you will build targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic, QA all lists before launch, and create SOPs and research playbooks to standardize repeatable outreach.
You will also write and iterate outreach emails that drive replies, manage outreach coordinators, run email sequences in Mixmax or similar tools, and track outreach performance in Airtable or CRM.
Continuously improving the system is crucial, so you must spot issues, propose fixes, and implement improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- You have run high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech.
- You understand how doctors actually work, including how specialties function, how referrals happen, and how the U.S. system delivers care.
- You know how to reverse-engineer who's seeing the right patients, and how to filter them.
- You're systems-driven, building playbooks, workflows, and logic trees.
- You're capable of managing junior staff and getting the best out of them.
- You're excellent at written communication and can write persuasive outreach copy.
- You're comfortable in Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, and using Google Sheets or lightweight CRMs.
