Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a full marketing strategy, generating qualified leads from international markets, building and growing a strong social media presence, and creating a monthly content calendar.

The successful candidate will also set up and run paid campaigns, support the launch of a new website, and prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
  • Familiar with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
