Job Description

Assess Luxury Customer Experiences

As a luxury brand evaluator, you will be responsible for assessing customer experiences in the world of high-end vehicles. You will discreetly observe and note various aspects of your shopping experience, providing critical feedback that helps brands refine their services.

  • You will have the flexibility to choose your assignments and work at your own pace.
  • Each in-store visit takes approximately 20 minutes, allowing you to complete multiple assignments throughout the day.
  • You will have frequent opportunities to perform missions and collaborate with prestigious brands worldwide.
Responsibilities
  • Choose your assignments based on your personal preferences and profile.
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from the comfort of your home.
  • Observe carefully and take note of various aspects of your shopping experience, such as ambience, customer service, and overall customer experience.
  • Provide honest feedback through questionnaires and surveys.
Requirements
  • Must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Have a good understanding of the automobile industry.
  • Be passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
  • Enjoy interacting with people and have excellent communication skills.
  • Have a keen eye for observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience.
  • Be willing to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
  • Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.
