Marketing Manager

Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and driven Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a luxury wellness retreat in Indonesia. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the entire marketing journey from building brand presence to generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales.

This role involves working directly with the founder to shape strategy, create systems, and drive results that will bring this vision to life.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns to drive sales of off-plan villas.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Create a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter for serious investors.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns generating qualified leads and driving sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding positioning and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
