As a Talent Acquisition Assistant at ClearDesk, you will play a crucial role in building high-performing teams. Your primary responsibility will be to source qualified candidates for various healthcare roles, including RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.

You will conduct phone screens and manage interviews using tools like HelloHire or similar platforms. Additionally, you will utilize career websites, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups to outreach to potential candidates.

Collaboration with hiring managers is key to aligning on hiring needs and timelines. You will also maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards, support document collection, license verification, and background checks.

To optimize the hiring process, you will track recruitment funnel metrics such as application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire. Furthermore, you will recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • Excellent phone skills, strong follow-ups, and ability to close candidates
  • Proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles
  • Creative sourcing using social media, job boards, and AI tools
  • Experience with CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented in compliance tasks
  • Clear and professional English communication (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup
  • Willing to work in a US-based time zone schedule
  • Ability to secure the required technical setup
