We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote the growth and development of talented healthcare professionals within our organization.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, fostering long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.

  • Meet monthly hiring targets by efficiently sourcing and placing qualified candidates in key positions.
  • Diversify candidate pipelines and expand networks to support business expansion initiatives.
  • Provide actionable market insights to inform strategic business decisions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases to optimize the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant US healthcare staffing regulations, promoting a culture of excellence and integrity.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Developing Myself and Others
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Pursue ongoing training and knowledge-sharing opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by supporting peers and contributing to team success.
Key Metrics
  • Client and candidate satisfaction scores, reflecting the quality of our recruitment services.
  • Successful placements and achievement of hiring targets, demonstrating our ability to meet business needs.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of recruitment data, ensuring informed decision-making and efficient operations.
  • Completion of training and professional development, highlighting our commitment to employee growth and well-being.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for recruitment expertise.
  • 1-3 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including night shifts and US time zones, to accommodate business needs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
