- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for recruitment expertise.
- 1-3 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including night shifts and US time zones, to accommodate business needs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
