Job Description

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll be the bridge between talented individuals and healthcare organizations that need them. You'll work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, source top candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles through various channels
  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks
  • Manage candidate records, track recruitment funnel metrics, and analyze data to improve workflows
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using recruitment software and tools
