Position Overview

We are hiring motivated Recruiters to join our remote team on a commission basis. While this role requires full-time dedication, you will not handle full-cycle recruitment. Instead, your focus will be to source, vet, and submit qualified candidates. Our internal team of professionals handles job postings, client communication, interviews, and onboarding—so you can concentrate entirely on what you do best: finding top talent.

You'll be paid per approved candidate submission and per successful hire, with monthly performance bonuses for top producers. There is also a path to full-time salaried employment for standout performers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source, identify, and vet candidates for clinical and administrative healthcare roles
• Submit qualified candidates via our ATS to our internal recruitment team
• Meet or exceed a minimum of 5 successful hires per month
• Leverage provided tools and databases to maximize your sourcing efforts
• Work closely with internal team members—no client coordination or admin work required

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or high-volume environments
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple recruitment platforms and tools
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, job boards, social networks)
• Ability to work independently while hitting key performance targets
