Healthcare Recruiter - U.S. Roles

Are you an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in managing MSP (Managed Service Provider) and VMS (Vendor Management System) clients? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your earning potential is limitless? If so, we want to work with you.

We are seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are confident in their abilities and motivated by performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the United States.
  • Work directly with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates.
  • Utilize your own sourcing resources and tools to identify top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
  • Collaborate virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines.
  • Must have access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours or solely on weekends if preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote role.
  • Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.
  • Must have your own VOIP US phone number/line.
Compensation

Plus Commission Bonus: Competitive, commission per placement.

No cap on earnings—the more you place, the more you earn.

Real example earnings of one of my assistants made over $25,000 (USD) in the last 6 months on commissions only.
