Trade Support Role

Pioneering Prop Trading Excellence

This position involves supporting a prop trading business through trade data tracking, execution oversight, financial dashboard management, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Data Management:
    • Create and maintain trade tracking systems in Google Sheets or analytics tools like TradeZella.
    • Monitor live trade data (entry/exit time, price, profit/loss, spread, strategy tag, session, time of day).
    • Maintain summary statistics per strategy and pair.
  • Business Financial Dashboard Creation:
    • Develop and update master financial dashboards for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits.
    • Deliver concise, visual daily reports at rollover.
  • Trade Execution Oversight:
    • Regularly monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily.
    • Verify EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts.
    • Troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately.
  • Backtesting Support:
    • Organize and log backtest results by pair and strategy.
    • Record metrics (win rate, profit factor, drawdown, expectancy).
    • Tag strategies for live testing consideration.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Securely maintain login credentials.
    • Follow up on prop firm payouts and support issues.
    • Keep records audit-ready and updated.
    • Participate in weekly check-ins for updates and planning.
