Financial Operations Support Role

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of a prop trading business.

This dynamic position involves trade data tracking, execution oversight, and administrative coordination to drive success in the financial services industry.

  • Maintain precision, consistency, and reliability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Track live trade data (entry/exit time, price, profit/loss, spread, strategy tag, session, time of day).
  • Summarize statistics per strategy and per pair.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Tracking & Data Management
  • Develop and maintain trade tracking systems in Google Sheets or analytics tools.
  • Deliver concise daily reports at rollover (5 PM ET).
Business Financial Dashboard Creation
  • Build and update a master financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits.
  • Organize and log backtest results by pair and strategy.
Trade Execution Oversight
  • Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily.
  • Identify and escalate trade execution issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration.
