Job Title: Strategic Support Partner

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to provide top-notch support to our executives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing calendars, coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings. Additionally, they will plan and arrange travel plans and accommodations as required.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring timely communication and documentation. The successful candidate will also prioritize the executive's tasks and optimize their time, while aligning with their objectives to promote an effective working relationship.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  2. Travel Logistics: Plan and arrange travel plans and accommodations for executives.
  3. Communication: Ensure timely communication and documentation.
  4. Time Management: Strategically prioritize the executive's tasks and help optimize their time.
  5. Understanding Goals: Align with the executive's objectives to promote an effective working relationship.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with 2+ years of experience to seasoned Virtual Executive Assistants.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM, project management tools, and MS Office.
  • Proven track record of high performance and a growth mindset.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to goal setting and achievement.
