To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of client relationship experience with the ability to set and manage client expectations.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills, enabling effective communication up to Executive Levels.
  • Experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver projects in alignment with project commitments.
  • A deep understanding of internal stakeholder management, people management, and software project delivery.
  • Ability to lay out sound work plans and resolve competing trade-offs effectively.
