Crypto Support Specialist

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and phone calls, build positive relationships with customers, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), stay updated on the latest technology trends, and handle sensitive customer information securely.
- Native English B2 communication skills and proficiency in Dutch are required.
- At least six months of experience in customer support is essential.
- A background in trading, investments, or blockchain is mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software is necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will need analytical and research skills, a positive attitude, and a responsible approach to your work. A personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload) are also required.
