Accounts Payable Expert

This role is a crucial part of the finance team, responsible for processing trade and intercompany vendor invoices within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to deliver high-quality outcomes. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate reports.

  • Process trade and intercompany vendor invoices in the ERP system.
  • Perform data validation on purchase orders and invoices following the 2,3,4-way matching principle, standard operating procedures, and internal controls.
  • Research and gather information to clear disputed invoices.
  • Assist in mailbox and repository management.
  • Participate in month-end closing activities.
