Job Description

The Invoicing Officer is responsible for preparing, verifying, and issuing accurate invoices for all Pepa Wings transactions. This role ensures proper documentation, compliance with company policies and government requirements, and supports smooth financial operations by coordinating closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

Invoice Preparation & Processing

  • Generate and issue invoices to clients and franchisees in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify purchase orders, delivery receipts, and sales reports against invoice details.
  • Ensure correct application of prices, discounts, and taxes (VAT, withholding, etc.).

Monitoring & Reconciliation

  • Maintain an organized invoicing tracker to monitor issued and pending invoices.
  • Reconcile invoices against payment collections and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable team for follow-ups on outstanding invoices.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure invoices comply with BIR regulations and company accounting standards.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for monthly, quarterly, and annual filings.
  • Safeguard financial records and support audits when required.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to confirm order and delivery details.
  • Communicate with clients/franchisees regarding billing concerns or disputes.
  • Support the Finance team in month-end and year-end closings.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
