Job Description

As a Senior Loan Processor, you will manage end-to-end loan processing, maintain client records, communicate with lenders, and ensure compliance, all while providing a smooth, client-focused experience from application to settlement.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 to 5 years of end-to-end loan processing experience
  • Experience using MyCRM or a similar CRM system
  • Prior experience in a high-volume transactional environment is preferred
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and requirements simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and think proactively
  • Mature mindset with a strong focus on detail
  • Analytical skills to identify even the smallest discrepancies
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, team-player mentality
  • Previous experience or knowledge of Australian mortgages is highly regarded
  • Previous experience using Apply Online is required

Your Daily Tasks

  • Process loan applications from submission through to settlement
  • Set up new client profiles in the 'Client Portal' CRM
  • Gather supporting documents from clients to ensure a smooth application process
  • Assist with serviceability/lender calculators by running servicing calculations for various lenders on the panel
  • Generate product comparisons to help clients choose the best options
  • Process pricing requests for both active and aftercare clients
  • Generate compliance documents and follow up on client signatures
  • Liaise with lenders to ensure timely approvals and manage settlement matters
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks, including emailing client updates and responding to client admin queries
