We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our HubSpot/CRM strategy across marketing, sales, and reporting. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of our website and digital marketing assets, ensuring efficient CRM processes, executing targeted campaigns, and delivering actionable insights through robust reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize our marketing website, landing pages, and blog on HubSpot CMS.
  • Develop custom templates and modules to enable scalable content creation and enhance user experience.
  • Configure and manage our Sales CRM in HubSpot, streamlining sales processes and workflows.
  • Design and execute email campaigns, leveraging segmentation and automation strategies to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Implement marketing automation strategies to drive growth, enhance customer journeys, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and custom reports to track key marketing and sales KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub) and a strong understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, workflows, and lead management.
  • Ability to create insightful reports and dashboards that drive strategic decisions and inform business growth.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, automation, and segmentation strategies to drive campaign success.
  • HubSpot certifications (CMS, Marketing, or Sales Software) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge for HubSpot CMS customization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.
