Key Performance Indicators

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Strategist to drive and optimize marketing automation initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, executing, and enhancing marketing automation campaigns.
  • Managing Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs for optimal results.
  • Ensuring seamless integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing operations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications.
  • Maintaining database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and key performance indicators.
