Content Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling content, including blog articles, educational materials, guides, whitepapers, infographics, and short videos.
  • Manage and grow our online community via social media platforms, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring industry conversations.
  • Assist with search engine optimization efforts, tracking competitor and market trends in financial wellness and benefits technology.
  • Support lead generation initiatives and campaign execution, maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) hygiene and assisting with automation.
  • Coordinate logistics and promotion for webinars, virtual events, and field activations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B content and/or growth marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, wellness, or insurtech.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing principles, content strategy, and tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, Notion, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, particularly for professional audiences.
  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and resourceful.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives on impact and innovation.
