Delivery Route Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Route Coordinator to facilitate same-day deliveries across the country. This role reports to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create efficient routes for drivers given schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Maintain mastery of our dispatch system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve issues promptly while maintaining a calm, professional tone.
  • Provide timely feedback to drivers.
  • Achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all markets assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly responsible and dependable.
  • Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
